The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited at its AGM to be held on September 27, 2024, has recommended a final dividend of INR 0.97 per equity share for the Financial Year 2023-24. The Company has fixed the 20th September, 2024 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend, for the year ended March 31 2024, if approved at the AGM. The final Dividend, if approved by the members in the AGM, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be paid on or before 26th October 2024.
