Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 2, 2022, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the Corporation will be conducting one-on-one meetings with a number of investors and potential investors. The meeting materials, which include, among other things, selective balance sheet and income statement information through June 30, 2022, stock performance information through June 30, 2022, and comparative peer performance data as of March 31, 2022, are being made available on the Corporation's website.
