The Gap, Inc. (NYSE:GPS) acquired Context-Based 4 Casting, Ltd. on October 1, 2021. As part of the acquisition, CB4s team will join Gap Inc. as full-time employees. The deal was brokered by Gap Inc.s Strategic Growth Office. Simon Jaffa, Ariella Dreyfuss, Harel Perlmutter, Netta Bromberg, Daniel Lorber, Anat Even-Chen and Sandra Guzelbahar of Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co. acted as legal advisors to The Gap, Inc.
The Gap, Inc. (NYSE:GPS) completed the acquisition of Context-Based 4 Casting, Ltd. on October 1, 2021. In a related transaction, The Gap, Inc. also acquired Drapr Inc. with a combined consideration $147 million and the consideration paid is along with net of cash acquired. The transaction is funded from net cash available $135 million for investing activities.
