GPT Group (ASX:GPT) agreed to acquire Five Prime Logistics Properties in Sydney for approximately AUD 210 million on May 27, 2019. The transaction is excepted to close by early July 2019. GPT Group (ASX:GPT) completed the acquisition of Five Prime Logistics Properties in Sydney in May 2019.
