The GPT Group announced that Cbus Property and UniSuper, majority co-owners of Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (Pacific Fair) on the Gold Coast, have advised of their intention to transfer property management of Pacific Fair and management of AMP Capital Retail Trust (ACRT) to GPT.
