Pursuant to Regulation 30(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee of the Company, the Board has, at its meeting held today, recommended the re-appointment of BS R& Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101248W/W- 100022) as the statutory auditors of the Company for a second term to hold the office for a further period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of the 121st Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held in the year 2022 till the conclusion of the 126th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
