The International Engineering Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based distributor of mobile phones. The Company operates in mobile phone business, which distributes mobile phones to wholesalers and retailers and provides after sales services; engineering business, which offers engineering products and services under international brands, as well as operates engineering projects, and information technology business, which provides system integration services, multimedia content services, communication services, terrestrial and handheld television systems and e-learning. It is also involved in the investment, power and food businesses. On December 2, 2013, it divested all shares in ISD (2012) Co., Ltd. and IEC Distribution System Co., Ltd. On March 24, 2014, The Company divested all 100 percents shares in IEC Technology Co., Ltd to Tron (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
