Invescap Incorporated made a tender offer to acquire 15% stake in Mariwasa Siam Holdings, Inc. (PSE:MMI) for PHP 51.6 million on March 21, 2013. Invescap made an offer to acquire 168.8 million shares at an offer per share of PHP 0.31. Tender offer period shall commence on March 25, 2013 and end on April 24, 2013. The transaction is subject to maximum tender. As of April 22, 2013, Deutsche Regis confirms that Invescap Incorporated has sufficient fund to finance the transaction. Daniel Orajay, Phillippe Hipolito and Marjette Panelo of Deutsche Regis Partners Inc acted as broker in the transaction. Adro A. Yanga of BDO Unibank, Inc. acted as transfer agent for Mariwasa Siam Holdings, Inc.
