Klarence T. Dy, Glenn Paul R. Garcia, Gilpatrick R. Garcia, Alfonso S. Anggala and Johnny S. Anggala signed a conditional agreement to acquire 97.14% stake in Mariwasa Siam Holdings, Inc. (PSE:MMI) from members of the family of Regina S. Co Seteng and other entities owned by them for approximately PHP 190 million on November 5, 2012. The buyers will acquire 1.1 billion common shares in Mariwasa Siam Holdings at PHP 0.176 per share. Klarence T. Dy, Glenn Paul R. Garcia, Gilpatrick R. Garcia, Alfonso S. Anggala and Johnny S. Anggala will acquire 40%, 18.5%, 4.6%, 30% and 6.9% respectively. The sellers include PI Manufacturing Inc., Gosoc & Sons Sy Gui Huat, Inc, Prima Mercantile Inc, Square Deal Realty Corp., United Forwarders, Inc., Emerald Ceramics Manufacturing Inc, Rey Equipments & Services Inc., Rosario Motor Works, Inc. and Corrie Realty Incorporated. The transaction will be funded from personal funds of the investors. The transaction is subject to regulatory requirements and certain conditions precedent.
