Chuck E. Cheese is bringing the party home, announcing today that its pies are now available in frozen food sections at Kroger nationally. The product launch comes as a result of a licensing partnership between Chuck E. Cheese parent company, CEC Entertainment LLC and food manufacturer, Flatlander Foods, according to a news release.

Available in cheese and pepperoni, pizzas come with 250 e-tickets redeemable at the chain's locations and printed on the backs of frozen pizza boxes.

"We are thrilled to bring Chuck E. Cheese to the grocery aisle with a new product inspired by our famous pizza and created to be enjoyed in family homes across the country," Melissa McLeanas, CEC vice president of Global Licensing, Media and Branded Entertainment Development, said in the release. "This partnership is just the beginning as we continue to grow our Licensing Division and extend our brand in new categories for families to enjoy outside of our four walls."

The frozen pizzas are produced in the U.S. and priced at $6.99 each.

Last summer, CEC Entertainment filed for bankruptcy, but has since reorganized under new leadership, with continued Latin America and European growth over the past year and plans to open more than 100 stores worldwide over the next three years.
