Finlayson & Co Oy agreed to acquire a 68.1% stake in The Lexington Company AB (OM:LEX) from Tommy Lindhe, Kristina Lindhe and and Staffan Persson for approximately SEK 150 million.

Finlayson & Co Oy agreed to acquire a 68.1% stake in The Lexington Company AB (publ) (OM:LEX) from Tommy Lindhe, Kristina Lindhe and and Staffan Persson for approximately SEK 150 million on February 18, 2022. Finlayson will acquire 4,069,044 shares in Lexington at a price of SEK 36 per share. Finlayson will also launch a tender offer to acquire remaining shares in Lexington.

The Lexington Company AB will continue to operate under its own brand.
