Botrista Technology, Inc. announced that it has received $10 million in a round of funding co-led by Purestone Capital Group and La Kaffa International Co., Ltd. on June 28, 2021. The transaction included participation from Sony Innovation Fund, The Middleby Corporation and PIDC.
La Kaffa International CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in provision of chain catering services. The Company mainly provides beverages, meals, dessert and baked bread, as well as related services. The Company owns various brands, such as the beverage brand, Chatime; the dessert brand, ZenQ; the coffee and light food brand, La Kaffa, and the baked bread brand, Bake Code. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, such as the rest areas of Asia, Australia, the Americas and Europe.
