Kyle Wilson has been promoted to Chef de Cuisine for Middleby Culinary.

He is based at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens (MIK) in the Dallas area. In this new position he will have expanded responsibilities for the day-to-day operations of the 40,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art demonstration facility which boasts more than 150 pieces of live equipment in 15 vignettes.

"Chef Kyle's deep industry experience and natural enthusiasm has contributed greatly to the success of the Middleby Innovation Kitchens during our first year of operation. He hit the ground running and quickly became an expert on Middleby equipment and our innovative solutions featured at the MIK," said Chef Russell Scott, Vice President of Culinary. "Our guests experience Kyle's genuine enthusiasm and culinary talents every day. He is a gifted and conscientious craftsman who has the ability to connect with our customers and understand their specific needs."

At the MIK, Chef Kyle particularly loves cooking vegetables in the Blodgett XR8 and the Josper oven. He often says if his parents had only had a Josper oven while he was growing up, he would have eaten more vegetables.

Before his promotion, Chef Kyle was Executive Sous Chef for Middleby Culinary at the MIK. Prior to joining Middleby he was Executive Chef at the prestigious 800 room hotel of Deloitte University.

Being a husband and father are the most important titles to him and he loves spending family time with his wife Christine and sons Wyatt and Weston.
