Mosaic Named 2020 Robert W. Campbell Award Winner
THIS AWARD CELEBRATES OUR 10-YEAR JOURNEY IN EHS EXCELLENCE
February 24, 2021

The Mosaic Company was named the 2020 Robert W. Campbell Award by the U.S. National Safety Council. This prestigious, international award celebrates our 10-year journey in EHS excellence. It started with the implementation and continuous improvement of the Mosaic Management System and employee engagement with and commitment to changing the way we think about workplace safety.

These foundational shifts in our approach resulted in an 80% improvement in our recordable injury rate and, most recently, led to the creation of the Risk Reduction Program. Through this program, we have continued to learn that putting frontline employees in the drivers' seat to uncover and correct process flaws enables us to have control of preventing injuries and incidents.

Mosaic employees around the world are honored to receive this recognition for their commitment to safety and continuous improvement. We also know that Acting Responsibly requires a renewed commitment every single day, and that's why it's one of our strategic priorities. So while this validation of our efforts is worth celebrating, we believe that the journey to zero injuries and incidents is never over.
You can watch CEO Joc O'Rourke accept the award during the virtual 2021 Campbell Institute Symposium.
