Please join me in welcoming Will Coleman to The Times. Will is the new manager for the NYT Cooking studio kitchen in Midtown, where he will oversee scheduling, assist with shoots and drive organizational systems to keep things running smoothly on set. He will also work closely alongside the Times facilities team to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the studio. His first day is Monday, Oct. 25th, and he will be onsite at the kitchen starting next Thursday.

Will is a freelance culinary producer and recent Columbia College Chicago graduate who has already worn a lot of different hats in the food industry, from front-of-house restaurant work to food styling and photographing a cookbook.

When he's not labeling and color-coding everything in his own kitchen, Will says he pretends to be fancy while drinking wine, playing tennis, hosting dinner parties and baking cookies at midnight. He is also obsessed with Jeni's Ice Cream and he advocates the use of flaky salt and hot sauce on almost everything.

We are excited to have you on the team, Will - welcome!
