PNC Financial Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend to $1.25 per Share

PNC Financial Services Group Inc. on Thursday said its board increased the company's declared quarterly cash dividend on common stock by 9%, to $1.25 per share.

The company said the new dividend will be payable on Aug. 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 16.

PNC also said its board declared a dividend on the company's Series B, Series O and Series P preferred stocks.
