The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) acquired TULA Life, INC from L Catterton Partners and L Catterton Europe SAS on January 4, 2022. TULA Life, INC had net sales of $150 million in 2021. Tula Chief Executive Officer Savannah Sachs will stay on board to lead the company under its new ownership.
