The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) acquired TULA Life, INC from L Catterton Partners and L Catterton Europe SAS on January 4, 2022. TULA Life, INC had net sales of $150 million in 2021. Tula Chief Executive Officer Savannah Sachs will stay on board to lead the company under its new ownership. Dohyun Kim, Tax partner Gavin White, Executive Compensation and Benefits partner Erica Schohn, Labor and Employment Law partner David Schwartz and Intellectual Property and Technology counsel Oren Epstein of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP acted as legal advisor to TULA Life, INC. Raymond James Financial acted as financial advisor to TULA.
The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE:PG) completed the acquisition of TULA Life, INC from L Catterton Partners and L Catterton Europe SAS on January 4, 2022.

- home care and laundry products (34.6%): dishwashing liquids, detergents, stain removers, fabric softeners, deodorizers, bleaches, etc. (Ariel, Downy, Gain, Tide Cascade, Dawn, Fairy, Febreze, Mr. Clean, Swiffer, etc.);

- shaving products (7.8%): blades, razors, batteries, etc. (Braun, Gillette and Venus brands);
