Transition of Managing Director Reponsibilities

As recently reported to the Market, the Board of the Reject Shop is advancing in its task of appointing a new Chief Executive. Nonetheless, outgoing CEO Mr. Chris Bryce will be taking the opportunity to take some leave over the next few weeks, and has stepped down from the operational control of the business.
As part of this transition to the new Chief Executive, Non-Executive Director Mr. Denis Westhorpe has assumed the key responsibilities of the role, and will be working closely with the General Management Team and the Board to ensure the business continues to progress its
key objectives during this period of transition.
The Board undertakes to advise the Market as soon as an appointment of a new Managing
Director has been secured.
