The Saudi National Bank Appoints Ammar Abdulwahid Alkhudairy as (Non-Executive) as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee

The Saudi National Bank announced appointment of Mr. Ammar Abdulwahid Alkhudairy (non-executive) as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Appointment of Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Alrowais (Independent) as Chair of the Audit Committee, provided that this appointment is presented to the General Assembly in its first meeting to approve the appointment or elect another member.
