The Board of The Scottish American Investment Company P.L.C. announced that it is declaring a third interim dividend of 3.7p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 December 2024. This represents an increase of 4.2% on the corresponding dividend last year, which is above the latest reading of UK consumer price inflation (CPI) at 1.7%. The dividend is payable on 12 December 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 15 November 2024.

The ex-dividend date is 14 November 2024. The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan and the final date for elections for reinvestment of this dividend is 21 November 2024.
