On June 1, 2020, The Shyft Group, Inc., a Michigan corporation formerly known as Spartan Motors, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the change in its name from Spartan Motors, Inc. to The Shyft Group, Inc. and the change in its ticker symbol from SPAR to SHYF, effective June 1, 2020.
