The Steel Public Company Limited (SET:THE-R) acquired additional 12.11% stake in Liberty Steel Siam Co., Ltd. from Chatri Anunrojwong, Hidaka Yookoo Enterprises Co.,Ltd, Nakapat Yimser-thi and Somsak Wongsirisup on December 17, 2014. The Steel Public Company Limited acquired a total of 0.544999 shares of Liberty Steel Siam. Chatri Anunrojwong sold 0.44%, Nakapat Yimser-thi sold 3.11% and Somsak Wongsirisup sold 0.785 stake in Liberty Steel Siam Co., Ltd. Liberty Steel Siam Co., Ltd. reported total assets of THB 1.4 billion, shareholders equity of negative THB 541 million, net loss of THB 611.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2013.
