On March 4, 2025, Jacques Paquet announced that it has submitted shareholder proposals with Toronto-Dominion Bank, requesting the Company to 1) Mr. Bharat Masrani be dismissed immediately as an advisor and prohibited from holding any other position within TD Bank and its subsidiaries; 2) Board members should no longer be able to sit on the Board once they reach the age of 65, and that their term of office should not exceed 7 years, with no possibility of renewal; 3) to return Raymond Chu [sic] to his former position and to hire a new President from outside TD Bank, in connection with the annual meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on April 10, 2025.
