TD Bank has appointed Jo Jagadish as Head of Digital Banking & Contact Centers, Andrew Stuart as Head of Consumer Deposit & Payment Products and Nadir Jones as Head of TD Auto Finance. The updates follow an earlier hiring announcement of Allison Robinson as Head of US Consumer Solutions, Service and Operations in November 2024. In her new role, Jagadish will drive the vision, strategy and execution of digital capabilities through TD's online banking platform and mobile app, with added oversight of the US Contact Centers to deliver a seamless, omnichannel customer experience.

Jagadish joined TD in 2020 and led the Commercial Corporate Products & Services portfolio before expanding her efforts to lead Digital Banking in the US. Stuart will now lead the Consumer Deposit & Payment Products business unit, responsible for all aspects of the customer lifecycle, including product and feature development, acquisition, and customer engagement and experience for the Consumer Deposit portfolio. Stuart has been with TD since 2014, most recently serving as the Head of TD Auto Finance where he executed the indirect auto financing strategy and grew the portfolio from USD 16bn to USD 30bn.

As the new Head of TD Auto Finance, Jones will be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the indirect auto finance business in the US. Jones has been with TD since 2021, most recently serving as Head of Product for TD Auto Finance where he was responsible for leading product development and strategy, including pricing, business systems, auto vertical, and digital strategies.
