THE WEST INDIAN TOBACCO COMPANY LIMITED NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) advises that Mr Laurent Meffre has tendered his resignation as a Director and the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2022. Mr Meffre will be stepping down to pursue another opportunity within the British American Tobacco Group.
The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of WITCO sincerely thank Mr Meffre for his service to the Company and wish him every success in all future endeavours.
This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64 (1) (b) of the Securities Act, 2012.
