NOTICE TO

SHAREHOLDERS

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited

(the Company) advises that Mr Raoul Glynn has been appointed a Director and the Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2022.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Glynn served in several senior roles within the British American Tobacco (BAT) Group, including Managing Director of Carreras Limited, Jamaica and as the Country Manager of Carisma Marketing Services (CMS) where he had responsibility for 21 markets in the English, French and Dutch speaking Caribbean.

Mr Glynn distinguished himself through his performance in various roles in WITCO and BAT beginning with that of Trade Marketing Executive - WITCO; Area Manager - CMS; Trade Marketing and Distribution Manager - Demerara Tobacco, Guyana; Head of Trade - Carreras; Marketing Operations Manager - BAT Iran and Business Development Manager - BAT Central America and the Caribbean, with responsibility for the Trade Marketing, Distribution and Activation portfolio.

Mr Glynn brings 20 years of international management experience in Trade, Marketing and Distribution to ensure the continued sustainability of WITCO.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of WITCO congratulates Mr Glynn on his appointment.
