An Extraordinary General Meeting was held in Thin Electronics ASA (the
"Company") today, 15 April 2020.

The proposals contained in agenda items 6 (share consolidation) and 10
(authorization for Board members to receive remuneration in the form of shares
in lieu of cash) were withdrawn by the Board, the latter item to be deferred to
the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

All other proposed resolutions were approved by the shareholders with the
majority required by law; provided, that the following revisions were made and
approved by the shareholders compared with the proposals from the Board (such
proposals as set out in the EGM notice, as amended as set out in the Oslo Børs
announcement dated 14 April 2020):

In Section 5.1 (private placement), the minimum subscription amount was set at
NOK 25,000,000 and the maximum subscription amount was set at NOK 50,000,000.
The minimum subscription price per share was set at NOK 0.94, being the
volume-weighted average trading price, as reported by Oslo Børs, over thirty
trading days immediately preceding the date of the Extraordinary General
Meeting. 

In Section 7 (subsequent offering), the minimum subscription amount was set at
5% of the amount raised in the private placement and, at a maximum, 30% of the
private placement.
