Oslo, Norway, 27 May 2020 - Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm"), a provider
of ultrathin, flexible, and safe energy storage solutions for wearable devices,
connected sensors, and beyond, is making a change to its senior leadership team.
 As part of the further restructuring of Thinfilm,  Mallorie Burak will step
down as Chief Financial Officer.  "I would like, along with the Board, to extend
our appreciation to Mallorie for her leadership contributions to our Company
since becoming CFO.  We wish Mallorie all of the best in her future endeavors",
says Kevin Barber, CEO of Thinfilm. Thinfilm has appointed David Williamson as
acting Chief Financial Officer with effect from 28 May 2020.  Mr. Williamson
will serve on an interim basis pending Thinfilm's appointment of a permanent
CFO. David Williamson joined Thinfilm in February 2020.  He is an experienced
financial executive with years of VP and Sr. Controller experience working at
large public international companies in addition to successful venture backed
companies. Mr. Williamson has established a reputation for building world-class
teams and for aligning financial and business metrics to support business
strategy and high-growth.  He will be based at Thinfilm's San Jose, California
office.
