Think Childcare Limited is an Australia-based company that provides childcare services. The Company operates through two segments: Child Care Operations and Child Care Development. Child Care Operations segment owns and operates predominately mature childcare services, provides management services to clients, third-party incubator partners and Think Child care Development (TND) and Acquires child care services from third-party incubator partners and TND. Child Care Development segment develops purpose-built childcare services under the Nido brand. The Company offers specifically designed programs to manage all aspects of a child's development through stimulating and nurturing experiences through a play-based learning curriculum. The Company owns, manages and operates long day childcare facilities for children between the ages of six weeks and six years old. The Company owns and manages approximately 78 centers across Australia.
