Beijing Orange Storm Digital Technology Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 129,667,400 on June 3, 2020. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, Three's Company Media Group Co., Ltd. (SHSE:605168). Out of the total amount, the company will receive CNY 24,000,000 as part of its registered capital and CNY 105,667,400 as part of its capital reserve. Post the closing, registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10,000,000 to CNY 34,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the tenth meeting of the second board of directors of the company and the eighth meeting of the second board of supervisors of the company.
Three's Company Media Group Co Ltd is a China-based company specializing in integrated marketing services. The Company mainly provides digital marketing services, scene event services and campus media marketing services to customers. The digital marketing services provide customers with professional services with creative planning, media strategy, media resource procurement, and marketing effect evaluation as the main content. The scene event services provide customers with professional services such as creative planning, copywriting, venue rental, material procurement, and event site management and coordination. The campus media marketing services mainly include the operation of campus media resources such as campus bulletin boards and sports field fences, as well as creative planning and other related services on this basis.
