The Board of Directors of Thriven Global Berhad announced that Thriven has on 29 August 2018 entered into a facility agreement (the "Agreement") in relation to the Commodity Murabahah Term Financing-i (the "Facility") granted by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (the "Bank") subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement. Purpose is to part finance the general working capital and construction costs for the residential development projects, namely Residensi ENESTA Kepong and Suite eNESTa Kepong undertaken by Thriven Amona Sdn. Bhd., a 51%-owned subsidiary of the Company. Tenure is for 40 months from the date of first disbursement of the Facility and shall be subject to annual and/or periodic review at the discretion of the Bank.
