During the month of July,1,333,000 subscription warrants in Thule Group’s warrant series 2017/2020 has been exercised and as a consequence, the number of shares and votes in the company has increased by 1,346,330 in July 2020.
 
As at July 31, 2020, there are in total 104,562,436 shares and votes in Thule Group AB (publ).
