The transaction will involve participation from existing investor, TianJin 712 Communication & Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603712). The company will issue common stock in the transaction. The investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. Pursuant to the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase to CNY 100,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the resolution of the 13th meeting of the 1st directorate of the investor.
