Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was THB 907.79 million compared to THB 864.37 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 913.37 million compared to THB 865.54 million a year ago. Net income was THB 769.23 million compared to THB 342.82 million a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was THB 2,712.41 million compared to THB 2,525.62 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 2,726.22 million compared to THB 2,539.88 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,864.54 million compared to THB 1,493.57 million a year ago.
