Item 8.01 Other Events.

On April 23, 2021, Timber Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), announced that its Chief Executive Officer, John Koconis, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board"). The Company also announced that its director, Edward J. Sitar, has been appointed as Lead Independent Director of the Board and its director, David Cohen, M.D., will serve as Chair of the Company's newly established Science and Technology Committee.
