VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ISO14064

ACCREDITATION GARNERED BY

THE COMPANY'S WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

This announcement is made by Time Interconnect Technology Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Linkz Industries (Suzhou) Limited ("Linkz Ind (Suzhou)") has recently achieved ISO14064 accreditation on environmental control, being the first wire and cable company in Asia to receive the Greenhouse Gas ("GHG") verification from Underwriters Laboratories Inc. ("UL").

UL is one of the leading safety science companies in the world, which provides safety testing and developing safety standards for various products. ISO14064 is an international standard on GHG emission issued by International Organization for Standardization, which helps enterprises to measure and control GHG emission. UL conducted independent third-party verification on the organization level GHG declaration of Linkz Ind (Suzhou) from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019 in accordance with ISO14064 part 3:2019 on GHG specification and confirmed that the GHG emission of Linkz Ind (Suzhou) meets the required standard.

The Board regarded Linkz Ind (Suzhou)'s achievement of ISO14064 fully reflects the Company and its subsidiaries' unremitting efforts in strengthening environmental protection and treasuring natural resources. Going forward, the Company will continue to implement proactive measures that minimize any negative impacts on the environment while developing its business, and to accelerate the process of reaching the Company's goals of sustainable development, so as to create long-term and high-value returns for its shareholders.
