Time Technoplast Limited appointed Manoj Kumar Mewara as Sr. VP Finance & Company Secretary cum compliance officer of the company, with effect from 24 November 2018 at the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2018. Mr. Manoj Kumar Mewara is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mewara is associated with Time's group from over 20 years and overall experience of more than 27 years in the field of Accounts, Finance & Secretarial Compliance. He was previously working as Sr. VP Finance & Company Secretary in TPL Plastech Ltd. Mr. Niklank Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2018 noted and accepted his resignation. Accordingly he will be relieved from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from November 24, 2018.
