TINEXTA GROUP WILL INTEGRATE THE LOWER WAGE RECEIVED BY THE EMPLOYEES DURING THE USE OF THE WAGE SUPPLEMENT FUND

Rome, Milan, Turin, 2 December 2020 - The Tinexta Group has chosen to support its employees who in recent months have suffered a reduction in their compensation following the companies' adoption of the measures provided by the Fondo Integrazione Salariale (FIS).

More precisely, the Company will pay the gross difference between what was received by the employees under FIS in the Covid-19 emergency period and the full remuneration they would have received, calculated on the basis of the FIS hours used in the period in question.

The compensation provided by Tinexta involves over 300 employees, for a total of about 49,000 hours of FIS used. The relative amounts will be paid out with the salaries for December.
