DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of TL Natural Gas Holdings Limited (the "Company" and its subsidiaries, the "Group") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Thursday, 12 May 2022 for the purpose of considering and approving the first quarterly results of the Group for the three months ended 31 March 2022 and transacting any other business.
