TMB Bank Public Company Limited at its annual general meeting held on April 23, 2021 approved to pay dividend from the Bank's 2020 operating results to the shareholders at a rate of THB 0.045 per share, which has been calculated based on the Bank's registered and paid-up 96,409,416,880 shares, totaling THB 4,338,423,759.60, whereas the Bank has set the date to determine the names of shareholders entitled to receive dividend on April 30, 2021 and the dividend payment date on May 20, 2021.
