TOD'S S.p.A.: substitute auditor's replacement

Tod's S.p.A., the Italian company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and holding of the luxury goods group of the same name operating in luxury and quality shoes, accessories and apparel with the Tod's, Hogan, Fay and Roger Vivier brands, informs that, following the death of Mr. Gian Mario Perugini, starting from November 25th, 2011, Mr. Gilfredo Gateani, substitute auditor of Tod's S.p.A., takes the office of statutory auditor of the company.
Mr. Gaetani's curriculum vitae, made available to the stakeholders among the documents prepared for the shareholder's meeting held on April 22nd 2010, is published on the website of the Company at www.todsgroup.com.
