Concluded "Agreement on Comprehensive Collaboration" between TV

Tsuyama Inc., and Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture

Our subsidiary TV Tsuyama Inc., (Headquarters: Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture, President: Narutoshi Kenmochi) has signed an "Agreement on Comprehensive Collaboration" with Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture (Mayor: Keizo Taniguchi) today.

Based on this Agreement, TV Tsuyama and Tsuyama City will cooperate with each other in various fields to revitalize local communities and improve citizen services.

■ Purpose of this agreement

TV Tsuyama and Tsuyama City will work closely together to effectively utilize the human and physical resources of both parties to improve the welfare of citizens and revitalize the region.

■ Cooperation matters

We will cooperate and cooperate on the following matters.

(1) Promotion of safe and secure town development and community development
(2) Information transmission of the attractiveness of the region
(3) Promotion of education and culture
(4) Support for the elderly
(5) Providing information in the event of a disaster
(6) Promotion of migration and settlement
(7) Environmental conservation activities
(8) Other matters related to regional revitalization and improvement of citizen services

In the CATV business of the Group, we will continue to cooperate with the government and related parties, strive to help in regional disaster prevention, and strive to provide services that are closely related to the region.
