Announcement on Changes of Corporate Directors

TOKYO ELECTRON DEVICE LIMITED (the "Company") hereby announces that the Company has determined at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today on the following candidates for Corporate Directors to be nominated in the proposal for the election of officers to be submitted to the 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2020.

The assumption of office by Corporate Directors will be officially decided upon approval of their election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
