For period ended March 31, 2018, Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd. plans to issue an additional ¥10 per share on top of the forecast ¥41 per share final dividend previously announced on February 9, 2018 in line with the policy relating to dividend payment, targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%. Therefore the company's year-end dividend will be ¥51 per share. The company announced a dividend of ¥51 per share for the period ended March 31, 2018, effective date of distribution is June 26, 2018.
The company expects to pay ¥47 as ordinary dividend and ¥10 as commemorative dividend for the second quarter ending September 30, 2018 and expects to pay ¥47 as ordinary dividend and ¥10 as commemorative dividend for the year ending March 31, 2019.
