Tokyotokeiba Co., Ltd. (TSE:9672) agreed to acquire TAC Co. Ltd on July 30, 2015. TAC Co. Ltd reported sales of ¥970 million for the period ending March 2015. The share transfer contract is expected to complete on July 30, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on July 31, 2015.
