To provide better transparency and reflecting the Food segments has become a
significant part of the Group, TOMRA announced on October 22[nd], 2020, that it
will expand from two reporting segments to three. The change applies as of
fourth quarter 2020, and consequently the annual report and fourth quarter 2020
will be reported in the new format.

To ensure comparability, TOMRA restates the 2019 key figures according to the
new structure. Attached are the restated key figures for 2019 and first three
quarters of 2020.
