Notice Concerning Personnel Changes (Resignation) to the Representative Director

TOMY Company, Ltd. ("TOMY") hereby provides notification of the changes (resignation) to the Representative Director & President of TOMY, as described below.

2. Reason for the personnel change (resignation)

   Harold George Meij, the Representative Director & President, joined TOMY in 2014. Under his leadership, TOMY has promoted various reform measures and now expects to report record-high profits for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018. Given this situation, he offered to resign from the position of the Representative Director, Director and President of TOMY as he believes that he has paved the way for the reform of the company and successfully completed his role. In order that TOMY can launch the new corporate system ahead of schedule for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019, TOMY accepted his resignation from the position of the Representative Director, Director and President effective December 31, 2017.
