Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited Announces Re-Designation of Wang Qiang to Chief Operating Officer from the Post of Chief Marketing Officer

The board of directors (the "Board") of Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced that with effect from August 28, 2020, Mr. Wang Qiang ("Mr. Wang") has been re- designated to Chief Operating Officer from the post of Chief Marketing Officer.
