E-dragon Holdings Limited agreed to acquire Suzhou Tongcheng Travel E-Commerce Co., Ltd. on December 29, 2017. Post completion, Suzhou Tongcheng Travel E-Commerce Co., Ltd. will be merged into E-dragon Holdings Limited and the merged entity will be named as Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited. Ctrip.com International, Ltd. and Tencent Holdings Limited are current investors in E-dragon Holdings Limited and Suzhou Tongcheng Travel E-Commerce Co., Ltd., will be the major shareholders of Tongcheng-Elong Holdings Limited.
