VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT SELECTION AS A CONSTITUENT STOCK OF

THE HANG SENG COMPOSITE INDEX

This announcement is made by Tongdao Liepin Group (the "Company") on a voluntary basis to update its shareholders and potential investors on the latest development of the Company.

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has been selected as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index, with effect from 15 March 2021 (Monday).

The Board believes that the inclusion of the Company into the Hang Seng Composite Index reflects the market recognition of our positive business performance, stock liquidity and growth outlook. Being enlisted as a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index, the Directors believe, will help the Company further broaden its investors base and enhance its reputation.
